WHAT IT IS
WHAT IT IS

Sometimes hands aren't enough. Cupping and IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) use specialized tools to access deeper layers of fascia, break up scar tissue, and stimulate blood flow to stubborn problem areas. These techniques are popular with athletes and physical therapy patients for good reason — they work.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Cupping uses silicone or plastic cups to create suction, lifting tissue and increasing circulation to tight or injured areas. IASTM uses smooth-edged tools to detect and treat adhesions in muscles and fascia. Both techniques may leave temporary marks (cupping) or redness (IASTM) that typically fade within a few days. Most clients combine these with deep tissue work for maximum results.

"Chuck uses deep tissue, scraping, and cupping to release tight spots in my back and shoulders. I always walk out feeling so much more mobile, and the results are long lasting."
